What Could Be The Reason For Having Bruise On Rib Cage And Movable Lump?

I have had a bruise on my left rib cage under my bar line for about 6 months, there is also a lump and when i move just right it feels like something is in the way. It hurts to touch the bruise and sometimes the bruise itches. I'm 37 years old women that is 5'6" and I'm 184 pounds. I'm very active and ride horses a lot.

Hi,
Lump seems to be due to haematoma formation (collection of blood)as a result of bruise which might get fibrosed.
Do hot fomatation. SOMETIMES IT WILL TAKE WEEKS TO MONTHS TO DISAPPEAR.
