What Could Be The Reason For Delayed Periods After Having Sex?

My wife has not got her period cycles for the last 35 days. her last cycle date was 22nd November and on 6th and 7th December we had an intercourse. Normally her periods comes at least 4 days in advance from the previous cycle. What could be the reason

Hi there since your wife is overdue i must sugest that you get her hcg levels done and at home you can get urinary pregnancy test done to rule out if there is any pregnancy
