What Could Be The Reason For A 6 Year Old Having Stomach Pain And Dizziness?

My 6 yr old daughter has said in the past week that she feels dizzy, she has tummy pains at the same time and yawns until she feels better. The 1st time it happened after she got out the bath, The 2nd time she was in the bath, The 3rd time was today and she was at school, It happened 4 times today?

One of the commonest cause of tummy pain in children is Worm infestation.
It is advisable to empirically give Antihelmenthic drug like Albendazole.
Recommended dosage is 400 mg single dose for any child or adult after 2 years of age.
Symtomatic relief of pain can be achieved by antispasmodic like Hyoscine butyl bromide.
Do consult Pediatrician if symtoms persists
