What Could Be The Reason Behind Smelly Urine And Ants On Toothbrush?

Doctor, I'm a young adolescent who's really fearful about getting diabetes and many other health problems. Recently I've noticed that my urine smells funny (when I position my nose right above the toilet after peeing) and that ants are crawling over my toothbrush. Is this something to be concerned about, or is it just me overreacting?
