What causes bloating, fullness and pain in abdomen?

My name is Charles Walters; Male; 48. i've recently been suffering from bloating, fullness, discomfort and sometimes pain in my abdomen. This has been accompanied by bleeding gums, frequent fatigue, and sometimes nausea. I have frequent bowel movements (3-5), which are urgent shortly after waking. They are usually within minutes of each other. the first is always solid and normal sized, but the subsequent ones are loose and thin. I've lost no wieght. I find that I am winded easier than usual. I eat a high fiber, veggie-rich diet, and not much red meat. My blood work was normal. I have been priorly diagnosed with periodontal disease. I've already had a ct-scan of my abdomen to rule out pancreatic cancer. The report showed a "possible medial arcuate ligament syndrome." My MD went with this diagnosis, despite admittedly knowing nothing about it and having never heard of it. He did not recommend a colonoscopy. Upon research, I found that my symptoms, other than abdominal pain, do not match those of medial arcuate ligament syndrome. What do you say about this? BTW: My MD firts referred me to am ortho for a knee related problem, having read the ct-scan report wrong. Am i in good hands?

Hello,

As there are systemic manifestations of bleeding gums, fatigue with GI symptoms, disorder of platelets giving coagulopathy, intestine flora disturbances seem major concern.

A detailed hematological work up is required with endoscopy examination to rule out mucosal pathology.

A team approach of gastroenterologist with hematologist is best choice to handle the case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

I m having really bad stomach problems. Hard to explain, even harder to cope with. I can eat the smallest portion of food, and be completely full, I have almost no appetite, and after eating, and majority of the time, I am extremely bloated. I have regular bowel movements, but they hardly seem normal. Extreme discomfort in the abdomen, but no pain. I often find myself purging to relieve myself of some symptoms, but nothing much but acid comes up. I need help..?

I am experiencing what feels like side stitches on my left side, but it is not related to exercise. It happens progressively as the day goes on, ending in it being at its worst at night. Lying down relieves it, and it s pretty much gone when i wake each morning. Any ideas what could be causing this?

My 15 year old daughter has occasional severe lower abdominal pain. She will feel the need to urinate and then won t be able to. She ends up with severe pain, curled up in a ball crying. This happens to her about once a month or so. We have a urologist who has conducted every test there is (invasive and otherwise) and everything comes back as normal. Any suggestions on what our next step should be. We ve been with the urologist for about a year. She s seen a gynecologist and all tests were negative. She also saw a doctor to see if she had diabetes, again negative.
