What Could Be The Proper Diet To Reduce The Weight?

Can any one tell me a diet which can reduce 2 kgs ina week. I need to immeditely reduce weight since iam taking part in a fashion show. Can any body suggest me a diet to quickly shed down the extra pounds. I donot have time to exercise?

Are you crazy??If you are so much interested into fashion world, you should be taking care of diet and exercises on a regular basis. As far as I know there no 'emergency treatment' for weight loss. You need to have patience for atleast two to three months, that too with folloiwng proper diet advice and exercies. Have fun!!!

hey apple milk diet will help u first day whole day u have to eat only 1 kg apple second day 1 litere milk no water nothing beside this u will definetely reduce and if possible do walk or little exercise moreover can chk in google apple milk diet.

.. shed around 3 kgs..(i personally lost 2.5) with this gm diet...google it...designed by general motors for its employees it is pretty much safe...and u can get a vegan version of it too... all da best

Magic diet to reduce the weight is some wat like zero calories diet. why you want to reduce the weight in short durations. Wt reductions in good if its gradual process. i prefer to take more healthy diet than fatty foods.
