Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your urine analysis report is normal except for the presence of red blood cells.
You didn't mention the gender. In females at the time of menstruation, contamination with menstrual blood leads to red blood cells in urine. If you are not in menstruation and not a female then causes of RBC in urine may be due to kidney injury or any renal stones in either kidney or ureter or bladder.

To rule out these causes, complete work-up is needed.

My suggestion is please consult a general surgeon for more information and management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
