What Causes Presence Of "pus Cells,albumin And RBC's" In Urinalysis?

hi my husband is 35 years old he has burning sensation during urination and many pus cells and albumin in urinalysis and also has fever.This happens twice in last the 25 days.once urinalysis also shows some RBC's cells. what are the causes for that and what it indicates
