What Could Be The Cause Of Swollen Private Parts In A 2 Year Old ?

my 2 yr olds private area looks swollen to me, she lives with my dad, his girlfriend. 3 boys ages 16, 13, 12 and one girl 11. i get her on weekends, last weekend i thought i saw 2 bruises on the inside of her legs and when i had her last night it was very clear that it was a bruise and it just didnt look right. i dont know if playing on a playground can cause this but i am very concerned. Hello.
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
Just playing in the playground is not likely to produce bruises only in the private parts. She is most likely being malhandled and you must take it seriously and talk to them. Better put her in a day care. A mother's instinct is never wrong.
