Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Your mother could be having long term abdomen infection. Her Doctor seems to have prescribed drug to kill worms. I don't understand why Doctor has asked MRI as that is very rare investigation in such case. Please explain where she has pain in her abdomen, does pain increase on eating food, does she vomit, any jaundice (yellow colour of skin), any skin itching, any motion problem or urine problem.
