What Could Be The Cause Of Dizziness And Vomiting?

hi My husband is suffering from 2 days with head swirls (chakkar) & the vomiting.
Family doctor said that a neck x ray
we done that in that it says C5-6 are having early degenerative changes.
so we are very worried about that
can you please explain the problem and suggest some solutations.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the vertigo then it may be due to vestibular dysfunction it is the most common cause seen, if I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Tab Betahistine 8 mg three times in day, of course it could be due to cervical spine degenerative changes and to rule this out MRI is advisable hope this information helps.
