6 yo with small bright white patch irregular shaped with smooth defined edges & tiny black spot around middle, post ear tubes (grommet) falling out x approx 1 yr ago, no pain, does not speak loudly, no headache, does not complain of inability to hear correctly. What is ur opinion?
