If its burning and very painfull then its an abscess ...for which u need to take some medications like tab ofni oz for 5 days nd sitcom ano local application .if its nt an abscess thn may be a simple piles for tht same ointment can be considered with sitz bath tht is take a loop warm water put betadine 15 ml in a tub nd sit into tht tubfir 15 to 20 mins twice a day ....nconstipation as Ionstipait wail aggeavate ...for tht u can tak syp duphalac 15 ml Iaftr dinner ....hope this wil be helpful nd u need to be fine with treatment ..thank you
