Hello dear Understand your concern I think you are suffering from bacterial vaginosis. Following are the symptoms Foul smelling yellow/white vaginal discharge, soreness, itching, pain during urination, redness, abdominal cramp. Diagnosis: Microscopy of discharge: specific cell like clue cell may be present Decrease in vaginal Ph ELISA , gram stain and NAAT of vaginal discharge to exclude other infection Urine routine and microscopic examination Treatment: Tablet Metronidazole 400 mg TDS for 5 days Probiotics tablet vaginally or orally Boric acid suppository In addition 2. Avoid sex till you clear from infection 3. Use safer sex practice: Use condom, Dental dams 4. Maintain hygiene before and after sex 5. If fever: Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg BD 6.Tablet cetrizine 5 mg BD orally 7. Wear pure cotton loose dinnerware 8. Wash vagina with warm salted water 4-5 times pr day.
