What Causes Yellow Spots Around Buttocks Leading To Soreness?
hi i have had a really bad back that i haven t got seen too yet and iv e not been able to do much so been sat on my bum for the last 2 months due to it and two days ago i went to the toilet and i sat down and it felt like a scab was ripping was the same when i moved down the bed or to the side when it spread my cheeks a little video d my bum hole and there was yellow stuff near my actual hole like a ring so i asked my mum to look and she said it looked like a load of yellow spots now my bum hole is extremely sore and uncomfortable

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have yellow spots around buttocks leading to soreness . Dirt and moisture get trapped by your clothing and the friction that comes from sitting can cause pimple .
Other causes are folliculitis , STD or boils. If condition doesn't get better then consult dermatologist for proper examination . doctor will examine physically along with blood test and sample for lab test . Apply over the counter antibiotics cream .
Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants , antibiotics like clindamycin , anti inflammatory or anti fungal . Doctor may also prescribe benzoyl peroxide ointment . Avoid rubbing or scratching .
I would suggest you to keep this area clean and dry , apply cream containing azelaic acid , apply cold compresses with soaked towel , wear loose cloths and take anti histamine and apply vitamin C serum at night
