Hi,
I understand your query.
White discharge in a virgin can be explained as-
- normal white discharge- As the
menstruation starts, mucus is secreted in
vagina. It is usually clear white discharge without itching/burning in urination. It's consistency changes with
hormonal change in menses cycle. The discharge increases at ovulation, before menses, after menses.
- Infection. This can be due to unhygienic habits.(routine/menstrual).
The discharge becomes thick,white/milky or curd like with itching. or white, yellowish with fishy odor.Accompanied by burning in urination, pain in lower back/lower abdomen.
For treatment , you have to consult a gynecologist for physical checkup & investigations.( blood CBC, vaginal swab culture & sensitivity test) followed by specific treatment.
Do visit a doctor, they
ask questions to find the probable cause of infection & not to irritate their patients.Treatment without examination will not help.
Thanks.
