Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain
white spots on throat can be due to infection caused by either bacteria or virus..
In case if you had an infected wisdom tooth it is possible that during the extraction process the blood and other liquids infected with bacteria when entered the throat has caused infection in throat leading to white spots which are pus filled pockets in throat or tonsils and it is a Bacterial infection..
In case if you have
flu like symptoms also then it is a viral infection..
Pain in ears can be a
radiating pain from the extraction site as it is common to have pain after a surgical procedure..
I would suggest you to continue taking the medicines prescribed to you by your
dentist and for
throat infection you can do warm saline gargles..
Throat lozenges can be soothing..
Sip on luke warm water for relieving throat..
If you have lump or swelling over the cheek ice packs can be relieving..
Hope your query is solved..
