What Causes White Spots In Eyes, Constant Headachea, Body Aches And Erectile Dysfunction?

my boyfreind gets these white spots in his eyes, has constant headaches, and his back will sometimes hurt so bad he his body just freezes and he falls to the ground, he also has bad back pain and when we are having sex his erection gets soft and he takes the longest time to come. when my boyfreind was about 6, he was in a serious car accident that almost killed him and he had a broken ppelvis and had seizures for awhile after his car accident. he just recently went to the docters, and they said he might have a hole in his heart, but i don't think that might be the case and he was refered to a cardiologist can you help me
