Understanding your concern. As per your query you have white spots all over the shoulders . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like food poisoning , food intolerance , allergic reaction or dermatitis . It can also occur due to fungal infection . I would suggest you to avoid food like nuts and sea food , try taking a magnesium supplement before bed with a quart of water , take antihistamine like benadryl twice a day , and also take some probiotics food . If condition doesn't get better then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ultrasound , stool test along with taking history . Doctor may prescribe laxative . omeprazole , along with gastric lavage in severe case . Doctor may also refer you to allergy specialist for rashes .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
