If I was the treating doctor I would have asked you to avoid lipsticks. Treatment for both vitiligo as well as chemical leucoderma is essentially the same. Topical you may use an immunomodulator e.g tacrolimus ointment, twice daily during day time. For night application, I usually ask my patients to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g Mometasone furoate. Topical immunomodulators as well as topical steroids are prescription drugs. I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for a confirmatory diagnosis and appropriate treatment Regards
