What Causes White Hard Pus To Develop In Pinhole Near My Nose?

I developed a pinhole near my nose on my left cheek and after a long time, it filled and harden. Then one day white, hard texture puss came from it, the lump emptyed and the pinhole was still there, I noticed it started to fell hardened again, so I squeezed and again hard like puss came from it. It seems the "pimple" is emptyed again. What is it?

Hi.
You are right to an extent.
This is a pimple to say, better to say this is a sebaceous cyst, which gives this classical white hard pus .
IT may remain like the same for a long time, may be the body heals it on its own or there is a small chance that it may get infected to cause an abscess.
You have a choice to keep it the same way or get this removed when it is small - so that you get a very small scar.
