What Causes Weight Loss Along With Stomach Ache And Dizziness?

My husband is experencing weight loss...3 pounds in the last week, stomach ache, dizziness upon arising in the morning, lack of energy, very low iron in blood. He is scheduled for an endoscopy on Tuesday. I am very concerned. this has all happened in the last month. Please advise.

Here according to history cause can be many like ....
-Chronic gastritis
-chronic bleeding ulcer
-tuberculosis
-abnormal growth
-crohns disease etc.....

The endoscopy is to be done with subsequent biopsy if needed taken from representative area and sent for histopathological examination...

According to cause further treatment guided
Ex.For h.pylori suitable antibiotic regimen
For TB AKT needed

So its endoscopy that will decide your further plan of action

Advise : Gastroenterologist consultation.
