Hi,
I understand your concern.
After ligation, though there are least chances of recanalisation you shoud-
- Exclude pregnancy by home pregnancy test.
- Thyroid or ovarian problems lead to weight gain & irregular periods. You should consult a gynecologist for examination & investigations ( USG lower abdomen/ thyroid function tests ) for detecting PCOD/ Hypothyroidism/ ovarian cyst etc.
Once the cause is found, it can be managed with expert advise
