Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your have some chronic conditions and in your case it is very important to be constat and regular with the treatemet of each condition because each of your chronic disease can be dangerous for you.

My advice is to do the TSH test and a morning and evening cortisol measurement. These test are important to understand if there is a correlation between your actual symtoms and your addison disease and hypothyroidism.

If al your symptoms persist,i suggest to consult physically your treating doctor for the tests and possible dosis adjustements of your medications.

Hope this is helpful.
Take care
