What Causes Weakness, Fatigue And Palpilations?

i m 43 years old from india. i was recommended thyronorm dosage of 37.5 mcg. so i bought 50 mcg and took one full tab and half on alternate days ...frm last two months i am taking this dosage. the breaking is not even. From some time i am feeling weakness, fatigue, body pain , palpitation and dehydration. all my regular tests are normal and sweating a lot and breathlessness. my hemoglobin and proteins are little lower.what should i do

Hello,
I think you should go for complete thyroid profile again and get your Thyronorm dosage correct.
Again there is a chance of many nutritional deficiencies so correct accordingly.
this is highly recommended to do some tests like

CBC, serum ferritin, transferrin saturation, TIBC,
S. Calcium, Vit D3 level, Vit B12 levels.

looking at your age get your ECG done

work on your diet, physical and mental health.
