What Causes Weakness And Fatigue After Taking Gabapentin For Fibromyalgia?

I have Fibromyalgia I suffer with constant pain particularly in my back. Two weeks ago I suddenly had spasms shooting across my lower back, I have never known pain like it. My doctor has increased the dosage of Gabapentin which has helped the pain but they make me very tired and a feeling of exhaustion I cant do anything but fall asleep. Is this normal?

I really appreciate your concern, this could be functional condition and not he disease if you want to come out this condition then try some exercise, yoga and meditation, and everything would be fine, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
