What Causes Watery Vaginal Discharge?
Hi my name is Vanessa I am 34 years old for the last week or two I have been experiencing discharge im assuming its clear, no odor, not thick almost like pee its so bad that I have to wear a tampon all the time so that I don t have wet underwear, rash or overall uncomfortability at night I have to get up 3-4 times just to wipe myself its so uncomfortable and I don t know why this is happening

Understand your concern.
Your symptoms would be cervicitis (cervix irritation, dysplasia and infection)
IGenerally give following investigations to rule out the causes: vaginal swab test and vaginal swab test, urine routine and microscopic examination, STD screening, PAP smear to rule out cervical dysplasia, USG scan and rule out the polyp by speculum examination
Consult the gynecologist for following proper treatment.
keep your genitals dry & clean and maintain hygiene by using V vaginal plus wash, wash with warm salty water 2-3 times in a day, drink plenty of water.
If you are sexually active then maintain hygiene & take tab.candid placed in vagina every night up to 6 days.
Or you can take single dose of tab.azee, tab.tini ,tab.zocon.

To find out the cause, you would need to see your doctor for an assessment. This would include physical examination , a swab maybe done as well for a definitive answer.
