What Causes Vomiting Sensations And Nausea After Food?

After eating a meal usually 20mins after i being to feel nausea and it feels as if my food may come up again. I also have had some discomforting pain in my neck and also between my shoulders, and also some pain on the right side of my back. I also have been receiving a lot of headaches. All of these symptoms started around the same time.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Feeling nausea after 20 minutes of having food, feeling that food may come up, discomfort between shoulders all indicate that you may be suffering from GERD with severe esophagitis. The pain in neck and right side of back may be secondary to this problem. Cancer of the esophagus should be ruled out.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get an upper GI Endoscopy.
X-ray of the chest and CT scan is something like cancer is suspected , may be with contrast.
Get started on a PPI like Omeprazole.
Domperidone as motility regulator.
Antacids three hourly.
Soft bland diet and plenty of oral fluids.
Get an opinion of a Gastroenterologist for final diagnosis and further management.
Headache may be non-specific or related to the hypertension, anxiety or stress.
Proper management will help you to recover well.
