What Causes Vomiting Of Yellow Discharge In The Mornings?

A lot of mornings I wake up and end up throwing up yellow, what I ve been told is stomach bile, liquid. It also causes a very sharp pain not only in my stomach, usually lower stomach, as well as my head, and I also get super overheated and start to sweat. It usually goes on for about 2-4 hours, throwing up, i would say, every 10-20 minutes, 5-7 times per trip to the bathroom. I ve been hospitalized for it before and although, each time they thought that it was linked to me drinking the night before, it happens some nights when I haven t had a drink of alcohol, or some nights when I only have one sip. My statistics: Age: 21 Weight: 135 Height: 5 10 Ethnicity: Latino

Hi,
I can understand your concern.

Whatever the symptoms you have mentioned are most probably due to hyperacidity.
Whatever yellow you are throwing up is acid and secretions from stomach.

Definitely alcohol is associated with hyperacidity.

I would like to advise you-
1) Stop alcohol.
2) Avoid spicy, oily, food.
3) Use of antacids combination of medicines that neutralises acid in stomach and that prevent secretion of acid may be helpful.
4) Avoid late night meals.
5) Avoid immediate lying down after having meals.
6) Avoid smoking, caffeine.
7) While sleeping use pillow to keep your head up.
8) Take plenty of water.
9) Frequent small meals may help.
10) Use of milk and milk products may help.

Hope this helps you, if so do vote.
