Dear thanks for the question. You have got gastroenteritis (inflammation of inner lining of stomach and intestine). It is mainly due to food. Unhygienic food and water is reason behind this. It can be related to viral or bacterial. I treat my patients with such problems by intravenous fluids, intravenous antibiotics (ciprofloxacin and metronidazole) , antacids and antivomit injections for initial few days and then switch over to tablets . same time I also do a culture and sensitivity of stools to identify the cause and definitive antibiotics. I would advise you to visit a hospital urgently. You can keep yourself hydrated by taking oral rehydration solutions as many as possible.
