What Causes Watery Diarrhea?
Have had diarrhea (first bout watery; subsequent bouts not watery). No nausea, no vomiting, no loss of appetite. Has been 3 days now. No one else around me is sick. Wondering if this is just a gastro.....there is no abd pain, bloating or blood in stools....

You have most likely been suffering from acute watery diarrhea due to viral cause.
Viral diarrhea is a self limiting disease which will be resolved within a short time without any medications.But you have to drink oral rehydration solution (ORS) as much as wanted after each purging to prevent dehydration.
