What Causes Vomiting And Excessive Sweating?

I was at dinner with my dad and after dinner, he seemed to be a little uncomfortable, but steady. Then a few seconds later, he began vomiting. This happened about two years ago while out at dinner. That time, he seemed to loose consciousness and the vomiting lasted longer. Today he was sweating and warm, but seemed to be okay right after. He also has a mass on his neck that is being removed. His liver, kidney, stomach have been tested and nothing found as far as cancer. I am wondering if the mass and this vomiting are related.

This mass may be the cause of his swallowing reflex problem since both the incidents occurred at the time of a meal. If it is a lymph node get its good Histopathology exam done. If it's Thyroid it will be moving up and down with the act of swallowing. Both lymph nodes and the Thyroid swellings can cause difficulty in swallowing.
Get the mass removed and get back to us.
