What Causes Vomiting And Diarrhea Along With Fatigue?

My boyfriend is 27. Every other week he has been feeling really sick, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, his skin is clammy to the touch. He can t hardly hold down any food or liquids. I can t convince him to go see a doctor and I am worried that it might be something more serious.

You should definitely convince him for doctor's consultation.
He is having chronic diarrhoea and vomiting.
So we should definitely rule out intestinal pathologies like infection, obstruction, intususception. Some infections like hepatitis, HIV etc can also cause similar symptoms.
So convince him for doctor's consultation and discuss all these with doctor.
