What Causes Vomiting And Congestion In A Baby After Starting Prevacid?

Good morning, I am a mother of a 15 week old baby girl who was born at 35 weeks gestation. She was diagnosed with reflux at about 8 weeks old. We were on zantac until last week and have now started prevacid. We changed her due to nasal congestion, fussy while eating, not eating well, etc. Since starting the prevacid she seems to be more congested and the last 24 hours she has been vomiting (not spitting up) after her bottles. there is no fever and the mucus isnt green. we have been using the saline drops with every diaper change and using the bulb syringe when it gets really bad. the vomiting is now what is worrying me... i am not sure if it's related to the reflux and change in medications. please help in any way.

Your query being appreciated, condition of reflux in this age of 15 weeks is doubtful, it could be surgical condition it may be hiatus hernia, you can not just rely upon single opinion but it is better to go for second opinion or to see the neonatologist, instead of giving medicine underlying cause of vomiting is matter of concern hope this information helps.
