Hello,

It appears that you have got a traumatic concussion again. Since you are hearing voices in your ears, vision has got blurry & have headaches, you are suggested to get clinically assessed by a GP.

Get X-Ray, MRI, CT & Audiometry (for vestibular problem) test done. Headache may be due to minor or major injury in the brain or skull.

It will go away by its own if it is tension headache. Take acetaminophen, one sos when required after food.

If the site of trauma manifests with inflammation or swelling you can apply ointment Thrombophob for relieve. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K
