General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
Vibrating sensation in the clitoris is mainly due to urinary tract infection(cystitis and urethritis).
Urethral meatus just lies near the clitoris so irritation in cystitis and urethra will produce tingling and vibrating sensation in the clitoris.
I handle this type of case as below:
First go for urine routine and microscopic to confirm the infection.
It should be treated by
Tablet septran with nitrozolium, tablet pyridium, urine alklizer like citralka.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using V-Vaginal plus wash.
Always empty the bladder completely during urination.
Wipe pelvic area after urination and sex/ Avoid perfumed soap and cosmetics.
Hope this may help you

Contact HCM for further query.
Best regards
