Hello dear Understand your concern Vibrating sensation in the clitoris is mainly due to urinary tract infection(cystitis and urethritis). Urethral meatus just lies near the clitoris so irritation in cystitis and urethra will produce tingling and vibrating sensation in the clitoris. I handle this type of case as below: First go for urine routine and microscopic to confirm the infection. It should be treated by Tablet septran with nitrozolium, tablet pyridium, urine alklizer like citralka. Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using V-Vaginal plus wash.
