What Causes Very Pale Stool?

Today I have only had pale stool. I feel absolutely normal otherwise, and my skin is not yellow, nor my eyes. Could this have been caused by something as benign as what I ate, or should I make an appointment with my doctor? I am 19, male, approximately 165 lbs., and play soccer nearly everyday, so i am in decent shape.
