What Causes Vertigo, Minimal Hearing Loss, loss Of Balance, Tinnitus With Pain?

I have had vertigo for many years now 10+. I am now 42 years old and I have been told by 3 different doctors I have minimal hearing loss. I have had MRI and all they could find was either TMJ or Tinnitus cannot remember which they said. I also during the night feel very off balance to the point of leaning to one side and almost fallling over. What could this be? I do get ringing in my ears, do get sometimes sharp pain in my ear, do also hear noise that really isn't there, also the static type noise in my ears.
