What Causes Vertigo Along With Atrial Fibrillation And Pain Behind The Legs?

My grandmother has been having strang feelings in the back of her head she just got diagnosed with vertigo and has afib hear failure she s also been having bad cramping in the back of her legs she s not gotten any better since she left the hospital a month ago she s had a MRI ct and blood work all normal we are just wanting answers as to what to do next to figure this out thank you

what is the age of your grand mother. exclude diabetes and hypertension. for vertigo she tan take vert in one tab let daily. for arterial fibrillation take ecg and consult clinical cardiologist, it can be physiological problem with pace in av node.conduction problem can be diagnosed from ECG and ana lysis by cardiologist.
