What Causes Vaginal Spotting While On Birth Control Pill?
Hi i have a question...
i have recently switched birth controls, i was on beyaz for all of june and bled all month, i had started beyaz on june 5 and had my menstrual on june 6 and bled until the end of the month. I stopped taking beyaz on the 19th of june and held off until they prescribed me to junel fe 1.5/30. i started junel on the 27th and eventually stopped bleeding, i still had some on and off spotting on the 27 and 28 and i had unprotected sex on the 28th , i usually have sex every day other as it seems so i didnt think anything of it , during that week i had missed 2 pills and i was supposed to have my period between the 6 and the 8. i missed my pill again on saturday and on sunday i had some brown and then reddish pink spotting and this morning im havig some pinkish discharge and i woke up constipated and i didnt have a bowel movement yesterday but some small lumps came out and then another bowel with small lumps, i take my pill every night at eleven and maybe once or twice ive taken it at a different time, my lower back feels dull but is bothering me , my nipples are sensitive and im bloating, could i be pregnant ? or is just the birth control ?

Spotting, irregular bleeding while on birth control pills is commonly due to hormonal imbalance. Birth control pills work best when taken regularly without fail in the same time everyday. Missing the pills every now and than will reduce the efficacy of the medicine and may cause you to get pregnant.
Since you missed 2 pills and again missed a few while you were having unprotected sex and now you are having pregnancy like symptoms. You are suggested to get urine test for pregnancy done. Wait for a couple of days and do a pregnancy test with the first midstream morning urine. Get clinically examined by a gynecologist to get managed and treated at the earliest.
