What Causes Vaginal Sagging?
I had an open abdominal myomectomy 6 (nearly 7) weeks ago and I have a swollen ridge overhanging my horizontal incision, a puffy vaginal mound and sagging labia. Is the labia sagging due to swelling, or possibly due to the muscles having been cut? And what is causing the overhanging ridge/ledge, over my incision? Thank you
