Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I have read your question fully and understand your concerns.

Feeling thirsty, drinking lots of fluids, vaginal inflammation and anal inflmmation/infections, losing weight tiredness, dizziness could all be due to undiagnosed diabetes. Diabetes can also cause diarrhoea though it is not a common symptom. Long standing diarrhoea can by itself cause inflammation of the perianal and genital areas. This is because of the stool contents itself and because of frequent cleaning of the perianalarea.

So I would advise you to get your fasting blood glucose level, 2 hour post prandial (post meal) blood glucose level and HbA1C level checked. HbA1C gives you the average blood glucose over the past 3 months.

Symptoms of diabetes like mentioned above overlap with a few other conditions like anaemia, kidney problems, thyroid problems and gastrointestinal problems. You could also get your serum urea, serum creatinine, complete blood picture, liver function tests, ESR and TSH levels checked to rule out other causes of tiredness, thirst, loss of weight and frequency of bowel movements.

I would also advise you to see your doctor so that you can be evaluated completely. Based on these initial investigation results, your doctor would be able to narrow down the causes of your symptoms and he may request for further investigations or treat you.

I wish you a speedy recovery.

I hope this answer has helped you.

Thank you
