What Causes Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Pain After C-section?

I had a c-section/tubal ligation over a month ago I haven t had a full period yet but have had brown watery discharge and also since the surgery I am still having lower abdominal pain and right above the cut my stomach is very hard and that is where the pain is.. It is also worse on the right side. Is this normal? The pain gets so bad it hurts to walk and sometimes leaves me in tears. And if you push where my stomach is hard it hurts really bad

Hello

Vaginal discharge for a while after surgery can be normal but not for too long, may be a few months nothing more. Speak to your doctor if it lasts more than 2-3 months. As for the pain, you will require a physical examination and may be even an ultrasound examination of the abdomen and pelvis.

Best wishes
