What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Workout?

It has been 3 months since i have got my abortion done. I started gyming 10 days back in which i did high intensity workout for a week and then i got my periods... After my periods got over, i again resumed my workout.. After working out for a week i again started bleeding and getting cramps in my lower abdomen.. What could be the possible reason for this?

hi healthcare magic user, if I would have been your doctor I would have advised you to get pelvic ultrasound done to check any remnants of previous abortion that could be reason for bleeding on and off. I would also like to do pelvic examination to check any local infection. your body in recovery phase you should not do heavy workout instead of that you can start with yoga then gradually increase your exercise
