Hello Vaginal bleeding during intercourse might be related to inflammation or injury to genital tract Irregular menses again warrants detailed evaluation by a gynaecologist to establish a cause and accordingly treatment under supervision. In my opinion you should rule out pregnancy first either by urine pregnancy card test which comes positive after 10 to 14 days of conception or by visualisation of gestational say by Transvaginal ultrasound.
