As per your history you have brown vaginal discharge, this is common ans sometime normal if you had long period (6-7) days because of the long periods the blood gets oxidized and last days it becomes brown. But as you said it is smelling foul, the foul smell brown discharge can be because of fungal infection or the remnant of tempoon inside the vaginal canal which arrest some blood and gets bacterial accumulation and smells foul. If you have associated symptoms like burning or itching while micturation (pee) you may need a course of antibiotics or in certain cases there may be benign mass too which needs to be addressed.
