What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse?

I had my a week ago and it ended sunday. Just three days ago me and my boyfriend of 3 years had unprotected sex... nothing out of the ordinary. Wasn't rough or anythiing but the next morning when i woke up i was bleeding again. its been spotting for like 2 days now.

In the current scenario, I would ask you to have a proper clinical exam by a specialist to exclude local causes like an erosion, infection, polyp etc. Sometimes spotting can be seen during the ovulation period but in your case, it is also post coital apart from being mid-cycle. If your period ended just a couple of days ago, it is possible that the pressure of the intercourse may have created spotting again. You can use styptics to arrest the spotting. Hope this helps.
