Your vaginal bleeding could be due to hormonal imbalance, pelvic inflammation, cervix/endometrium dysplasia, cervicitis, endometriosis, adenomyosis, polyp. Brown discharge suggests old endometrial tissue and stale blood. I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan, PAP smear/colposcopy. If needed, specific treatment will depend on the cause. Progesterone pill and tranexaemic acid can be used to reduce the bleeding. Take warm sitz bath with added betadine. Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
