when i lay down i feel my penis shrinks more than normal and uncomfortable sensation and urinary urgency specially at night.i had been performed inguinal hernia surgery 12 years ago.and i m suffering from mild prostate enlargement,Need a diagnosis for my case

Hello,

You have to go for urination at night and urgency is also present.
All these symptoms are due to your enlarged prostate which compresses bladder.

I suggest you take tamsulosin and dutasteride containing medication for your case.
Before starting drug, PSA estimation should be done.
