What Causes Urge To Urinate Right After Urination And Frequent Urination?

My penis has gone really sensitive, when peeing i find that i still need to pee once i have finished but cant, i also find i need the loo a lot more than usual. I alway wake up once during the night needing to go to the loo. Is it something i should worry about or will it just go away, i gave had it for a few days now. Thanks

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to lower urinary tract infection or urethritis. Better to go for a urine routine examination to rule out infection. In case of signs of infection urine should be send for culture and start antibiotics. Taking more plain water will be helpful. You can take barley water or cranberry juice also. Taking sodium citrate in water will be helpful to alkalize urine and relieve the symptoms also.
